Our Story
Caliber Commercial Properties was born out of an idea by David Barker, with a background in tech, banking, investment sales, and property management, to create a full-service commercial real estate brokerage that focuses on meeting customers' needs through accessibility, accountability, and integrity. Since Caliber's inception, David has positioned himself as a trusted real estate advisor who desires to maximize the value of the properties for the investor to hold or sell.
With each year of service, Caliber continues to grow in landlord leasing representation, tenant acquisition, property management, and investment sales. What started as an idea has grown into a successful customer-first business.
